Rice Blakey park is a beautiful park with lush green and a paved walkway that is great for burning calories with many inclines.  The gazebo is one of the nicest in Pendleton.  A popular place for hosting weddings and events.  Children will love the modern playground.  There is a restroom, one BBQ grill, picnic tables and benches along the walking path.  The park covers over seven acres and is located in South Pendleton at 2220 SW Quinney Ave.
