Stillman park is located at 413 S.E. Byers and it borders the River Parkway.  This park is home to the Cowboy breakfast during the Pendleton Roundup, hosted by the VFW.  This park provides one of the many entries to the trail, but also has many amenities such as tennis court, playground equipment, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, shelter, restroom, horseshoe pit, BBQ grill, and electricity.
