Trailhead park is located at 2101 Westgate Place is an entry to the River Parkway and also is home to the Pendleton Skate Park. Trailhead park is a new addition to the many parks of Pendleton. There is a cul-de-sac parking area, a restroom, and park/shelter rentals.
