Union Pacific Shelter is located at the east end of the River Walk Parkway near the Ken Melton Little League Park and Kiwanis Park. This shelter offers a nice place to relax, and has a beautiful view of the Umatilla River, with handicapped fishing access. It has a BBQ grill and picnic tables. The shelter parking is currently not accessible, but there is parking nearby and requires a short walk.
